Scott Anderberg
Chief Revenue Officer
Having worked in online higher education for 20+ years and across three continents, Scott’s profound knowledge of the international education system has helped learners from 150+ countries. While at Pearson, Scott established the brand’s online program management (OPM) business in Australia and took on leadership of its U.K.-based OPM business. He’s overseen the growth of partnerships in the U.S., U.K., Australia, and India.
Michael Collins
Chief Marketing Officer
Michael previously served as Senior Vice President, Marketing & Learner Acquisition for Pearson, before becoming Chief Marketing Officer at Boundless Learning. A proven global team leader, he’s served as the Managing Director and Global Chief Marketing Officer for CFA Institute. He’s led marketing, sales, and customer experience teams for J.P. Morgan and Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology). Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Rowan University.
Steve Marconi
Chief Financial Officer
Steve oversees the finance and analytics function, having spent many years in a similar role at Pearson. He also served for six years on the Pearson corporate finance and strategy team, where he completed a dozen M&A transactions across North and South America. He served two years as Pearson’s Director of North America Portfolio Strategy, supporting the K-12, higher ed, and workforce skills businesses. He is a graduate of Boston College.
Joshua Richards
Chief Product and Technology Officer
In this role, Joshua brings new products and services to life while also enhancing the technology capabilities that support employees, learners, and academic partners. Previously, Joshua had a two-decade tenure at global education company Pearson, where he held multiple technology and business leadership roles that drove continued digital transformation in education. He holds a bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
Jim McGill
Chief Human Resources Officer
Prior to his current role, Jim spent 35 years with global education company Pearson, most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for its online program management division. He previously held the positions of VP of HR for Pearson North America and Senior Vice President of HR for Pearson Global Operations, supporting more than 3,000 employees worldwide. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
Dave Smagula
Chief Legal Officer
Dave leads our legal and regulatory affairs functions and previously served as lead lawyer for Pearson Online Learning Services. He also served as VP and head lawyer for Choice Logistics. Dave is admitted to the state bar of New York and Florida (Authorized House Counsel) and to the Federal Bar of the Southern District of New York. He holds a J.D. from Boston University and bachelor’s degrees from Rutgers University.
Chris Barley
Vice President of Global Enrollment Services
Chris has more than 15 years of experience building and leading enrollment departments. He leads our enrollment teams in North America, servicing our learners across their educational journeys. Chris has an abundance of experience in enrollment, operations, call center, data and analytics, and product and performance management. Chris has a transformational leadership style, leading with emotional intelligence, high energy, and a passion for helping team members fulfill their potential. He holds a B.S in Business Management.
Heidi Diedrich
Vice President of Global Marketing
Heidi leads global marketing at Boundless Learning. Her various roles span B2B and B2C marketing in education, finance, and healthcare, specializing in demand generation and transformations. Heidi holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA from George Mason University.
Kristin Priscella
Vice President of Go-to-Market Planning and Strategy
Kristin leads our student acquisition and retention strategy team, which is accountable for directing strategic business outcomes across the global partner portfolio. Previously, she led Pearson Online Learning Services’ relationship with Arizona State University. Kristin brings more than 20 years of experience in strategy and partnership development experience across the education, nonprofit, and government sectors. She holds a degree from Harvard University.
Joseph Morgan
Head of North America Partnerships
Joe has more than 20 years of experience driving growth in competitive and evolving industries like edtech, business process outsourcing, and hospitality. Formerly, he held leadership roles in education-focused companies including Pearson and has served as CEO of Noodle Education, SVP of Marketing and Strategy at Kaplan Inc., and was the founder and CEO of Colloquy Inc. He holds a bachelor’s and J.D. from the University of Miami and a post-graduate certificate in finance from Columbia.
Benjamin Stein
Senior Director of Learning Product and Services
Ben has spent his 20-plus-year career in learning products and services across edtech startups and established organizations like Blackboard, Hobsons, and Pearson. In his current role, he leads a global team dedicated to designing, crafting, and enhancing world-class online learning experiences that make a difference in the lives of learners. He holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.S. from Boston University.
Dana La Fleur
Senior Director of New Product
Dana brings more than 20 years of EdTech leadership experience from institutions like Pearson, Bridgepoint Education, and Kaplan Professional Schools. She leads our global new product division that includes our Branded Digital Marketplace and spearheads exploration of new products and service models. Through her servant leadership style, she has established herself as a thought partner in the industry. She envisions and delivers customer-centric products that adeptly cater to the evolving landscape of edtech in advancing education.
Darlene Pittman
Senior Director of Global Retention Services
Darlene’s career in higher education spans more than 15 years building and leading teams in student support and retention management. She understands the value of excellent guidance, employing a servant leadership style bolstered by her passion for leading by example. She strives to enhance the learner experience through individualized interactions that center the learner’s perspective. Darlene has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, where she was a scholarship athlete and played basketball.
Erin Schott
Senior Director of Global A&R Enablement
Erin’s background as the daughter of two educators and her meandering education journey showed her firsthand that learning is invaluable and deeply personal. Her 18-year higher ed career has ranged from building relationship management teams to implementing global, integrated B2B2C marketing campaigns. She currently works in business operations, where she helps distill complex challenges and enables the best people and tools to deliver results. Erin holds a B.A. in English and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
Jaime Mordue
Senior Director of Learning Design Solutions
Jaime began her career in education more than 20 years ago after graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has experienced multiple roles in online education, including student, instructor, editor, instructional designer, manager, and senior director. Jaime earned her MEd from Michigan State with concentrations in Educational Technology and Post-Secondary Administration. She has led and delivered numerous successful initiatives, trainings, and presentations to evolve learning design and empower online education.
Kathleen Carr
Senior Director of Content and Product Strategy
Kathleen has more than 15 years of experience in content strategy, partnerships, and acquisition in the edtech space and brings a product-development and commercial sensibility to the partners and products we support. Before her current role, Kathleen led content development and strategic partnerships at edX, and she oversaw content acquisition and digital product development at Harvard Business Review. She holds an MBA from the Simmons School of Management and a B.A. in English from the College of the Holy Cross.
Laura Jarrell
Senior Director of Global Learner Experience, Quality, Training, and Knowledge Management
Laura previously served as Senior Director of Learner Experience for Pearson before moving into her current role at Boundless Learning. Over the past 10-plus years, she has built and led customer experience teams and created digital content and marketing strategies for higher education organizations. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and several professional certifications in marketing and customer experience.
Lauren Gomez
Senior Director of Technology
Lauren brings more than 15 years of experience as a technology leader and strategist in the edtech industry. Previously at Pearson, she held several roles directing large-scale initiatives across a range of platforms including CRM, Identity, Cloud, and Global Services. Lauren holds an M.A. in Psychology from New School University, a blend that underscores her expertise in technological strategy, team dynamics, and organizational change.
Liz Starbuck Greer
Senior Director of Portfolio Strategy
Liz has more than 20 years of experience leading university business schools in the UK and Canada. She has held senior leadership positions across marketing, recruitment, learner experience, corporate engagement, and portfolio and program design. She also has led several academic partnerships in the UK. She holds an MSc in Higher Education Management from Loughborough University and is currently completing her doctorate with the University of Bath. Her research focuses on learner outcomes and social mobility through higher education.
Steven Brimble
Senior Director of UK Portfolio Management
Steve has more than 20 years of experience working with higher education institutions and driving innovation in online learning. In his current role, he is responsible for Boundless Learning's portfolio of partners and programs in the UK. Prior to this, he led business development for Pearson Education as Head of Learning Solutions and, later, Director of Partnership Growth. Steve studied psychology and communication at the University of Liverpool and has CPD qualifications in sales and marketing.
