Steve oversees the finance function, having spent many years in a similar role at Pearson. He also served for six years on the Pearson corporate finance and strategy team, where he completed a dozen M&A transactions across North and South America. He served two years as Pearson’s Director of North America Portfolio Strategy, supporting the K-12, higher ed, and workforce skills businesses. He is a graduate of Boston College.
