What long-term goals are you focused on in your role?

“My long-term goals center around helping partners deliver high-quality online programs while improving efficiency through technology. At Boundless Learning, we’re evolving beyond traditional OPM services by expanding our educational technology product suite and building flexible, tech-driven solutions that meet partners where they are.

A key part of that strategy is leveraging AI to personalize learning, strengthen student support, and streamline enrollment so that institutions can attract and retain more learners with less friction.

We're also focused on integration — making our technology easier to plug into existing university systems, reducing complexity, and accelerating impact. By improving the digital learning experience from end-to-end, we help partners reach new student populations and stay competitive in an increasingly crowded market.”

How is Boundless Learning staying ahead of emerging trends like Artificial Intelligence (AI), and what impact do you believe these technologies will have on learning?

“We stay ahead of the curve in emerging EdTech trends, especially those using artificial intelligence, by taking a proactive, thoughtful, and strategic approach to innovation. We view AI not as a standalone solution, but as a powerful tool that when integrated wisely can significantly enhance the online learning experience.

AI has the potential to fundamentally change how people learn, engage, and succeed in online programs. For instance, AI-driven personalization allows institutions to deliver content that adapts to each learner’s needs, helping them stay on track and improving retention rates. It also enables earlier identification of at-risk students, automation of administrative tasks, and enhanced student support services.

That said, we’re clear-eyed about the role of technology. At Boundless Learning, we’re committed to keeping personal connection at the heart of education. Our approach to AI is designed to enhance — not replace — the work of advisors, faculty, and support teams. In addition, every solution we implement is carefully evaluated for how well it integrates into existing systems, supports long-term goals, and delivers measurable value to our partners and their learners.

In short, we believe AI and other emerging trends can absolutely transform the future of learning, but only when deployed with purpose, care, and a deep commitment to student success.”

How do you view AI from both a personal and professional perspective?

“Personally, I view AI as a tool with incredible potential, but only if it’s guided by strong values. I’m drawn to technologies that empower people. As a leader, I believe in asking not only what AI can do, but what it should do in the context of education. That means prioritizing ethical use, transparency, and meaningful outcomes for students and educators.

Professionally, my goal is to integrate AI in ways that support better decision-making, reduce operational burdens, and ultimately improve the learner's experience. At Boundless Learning, I encourage our teams to explore AI through a lens of empathy and responsibility, ensuring technology serves human needs — not the other way around.”

“Boundless Learning supports universities across the entire online student lifecycle — from marketing and enrollment to retention — using advanced technology to drive impact at every stage. Our services are purpose-built to help institutions reach more prospective learners, convert them into enrolled students, and keep them on track to graduate.

We also collaborate with faculty and academic teams to strengthen the quality of online programs through thoughtful learning design. Our team works directly with academic leaders to shape online programs that are both effective and aligned with their institutional goals. By bringing together the right technology and instructional design, we help universities deliver programs that stand out in a competitive market.

Beyond direct services, we also provide higher education leaders with ongoing guidance, insights, and research to help them stay informed about emerging trends.
