UCISA brings together professionals from across UK higher and further education to share knowledge, develop good practice, and explore how digital expertise can support operational efficiency, an excellent student experience, and the transformation of teaching, learning and research. For institutions navigating fast-changing learner expectations and growing digital demands, that collective expertise is a genuinely valuable resource.

What we bring — and what we're here to learn

As a Corporate Member, Boundless Learning joins this community as both a contributor and a learner. We bring experience from across the online learner journey — including market insight, enrolment, programme delivery and learner support — while deepening our understanding of the priorities, requirements and development plans of UK institutions.

That experience comes from working alongside institutions including King's College London, the University of Oxford, the University of Leeds, the University of Sussex and Northumbria University. Each partnership gives us a closer view of what UK institutions need from their digital capabilities — and it's that grounded, practitioner-level experience we bring to UCISA's community.

This isn't about adding another vendor voice to the room. It's about engaging as a genuine partner in a shared effort: helping UK institutions build the capabilities and support systems that serve learners effectively, informed by real experience on the ground.
